2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on time for their scheduled experiences.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dragonfly Surprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
