Cancellation Timeline

• 48+ hours before: Full refund, no questions asked.
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit towards a future booking.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability.

Group Packages

Group bookings (10+ guests) require 7 days notice for cancellation. A 25% non-refundable deposit applies.
