Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom add-ons and personalized decorations that have already been procured may not be refundable. We will inform you of any non-refundable items before processing your cancellation.
